Hi, my name is Harry Jones and i'm 16 years old. In my spare time I like watching films. I usually watch Films where the main character is around my age. This is because I feel like I can engage more and feel like I can relate to the narrative of the film. The film 09:00 is a coming-of-age films is targeted at the age ranges of 13-19 (teenagers). The film will be relatable for people in that age range as they may be having the same problems as the main character Patrick. The main struggle Patrick and I both share is school life and the range of emotions we both feel.

Filming Diary - 11/01/16

During Monday the 11th January when we were filming we decided to have less extras in the background of the scene. This made it easier to manoeuvre around whilst filming and walking backwards. It also made the scene less busy which also meant that we could focus on the main character more easily. Filming on different days is good because it means that some days the shots are darker and he cannot talk to everyone which makes him seem isolated. When we filmed on this day we realised that we will need to do more than one take of each scene.

Filming Diary - 17/12/15

On Thursday 17th December we started to film our new idea. Overall, I think the filming went well. However, we need to make sure that there is enough room to edit at the start and end of each take. We also need to make sure that the protagonist Patrick (played by Matt) is the centre of attention and the camera is always pointed on him and doesn't focus on anything or anyone else.

We chose this location because the corridor is rather small and long. This means that we can have extras standing in the corridor. This means we can show his different emotions through the use of extras. We can show him as happy as he can high five everyone. We can show him as isolated, this means everyone else will be happy and full of energy but he will be looking sad or angry. The emotions will be shown by the use of body language.
